LT1 is throwing codes 26, and 28???

LT1 is throwing codes 26, and 28??? I just got this checked at a local advance auto parts. 26 is something to do with the EVAP system, and 28 has something to do with the tranny. Well the tranny seems to be just fine. Only weird thing is that when the SES light is on the blinkers nor the air works 
any of you got any ideas what the problem could be.
