PCM relearn

PCM relearn I just received my custom tune pcm in the mail from a sponser. I have not installed it yet because in the installation instructions it states that 1998 and newer the pcm must have a **crank position relearn done***. Do I have to have this done at shop or can I turn on the power to car pull the pcmbat and pcmign fuses to reset? thanks for any help

usually needs to be done at the dealer/shop with a TechII...
