Default Idle problems...

not sure if this goes here...

But I am completely stumped.

Basically, base tune on the new motor, FAST 90mm intake, NW 90mm TB. I start the car, it's around 1000-1200 RPM. After a few minutes of idling, it leaps up to 2500 and will not drop down. I have found no vacuum leaks, not throwing any codes, etc, etc.

Could this be a problem with the tune?

My car kind of has the same problem. I just put in H/C and haven't had a tune yet. I think it has something to do with the IAC. I've noticed when backing out the throttle screw on the TB that it seems to fix it, but then it idles real low and wants to stall at low speed.

When adjusting it back so It won't stall out, It will hold at a steady 1400rpms in OD and will act like its on cruise control keeping the mph steady, Until I come to a stop where it will idle down after holding the brake down for a few seconds.

That's what sucks with my car, no amount of twisting in or out on the idle screw makes it better. If I go in a few turns, it idles higher, same thing if I go too far past the middle point.

Well I'm going to see Jeremy Formato this weekend for a tune. I'll let you know how it works out.

Your IAC is probaly maxed out and hanging open. You may have to setup new counts for your larger throttle body.
