so it is saying that the maf freq exceeded 13500, how could this happen?
I am thinking that maf may be calibrated wrong, i.e flowing less g/sec but with a higher maf freq?
So I would need to readjust

it just means you're flowing more than MAF can handle. time to make that MAF into a wonderful paperweight.

when the code is thrown does it activate the low octane table?
