Kidding aside it may be a water pump or one of the pulley's for the accessory belt drive going out.

In the first vid you focus on the TB, is that where you can here it the best? Sounds like a switching vacuum. Could be a bad IAC. If you can, monitor it with atap or a tuning program or scan tool. Might also want to monitor A.I.R. if it's still on the car and your evap. Check all your vacuum lines.
BTW...what cam are you running? Sounds alot like mine...

there's is no A.I.R or evap on the car... all the vacuum lines are hooked up, imma try and get a new IAC and test it out.. is there any thing i need to look for when i scan the car? the scanner ill be using lists everything almost like ATap..
the cam is a MMS 229/229 581/581

Almost sounds like vac. is building up until a leak cant hold it any longer so its opening up and letting the vac out. Once the inHg goes down it keeps its seal and builds up again... But vac is pretty much instant...so I dont think thats possible.
It could be the IAC... they make a high pitch sound sometimes when the pintle goes in and out... It sounds like its timed out. Like it happens on a timer. weird man..

Everything everyone told you is possible, if I was in your place i would disconnect the serpentine belt and run the motor and see if the noise goes away. This way you get rid of the possibility of a belt or pulley problem. Do you have the egr system on the vehicle? You might have a plugged cat causing a build up of pressure, forcing the egr to open. It would cause the iac to drop down a little bit and will cause a hissing noise. I would suggest taking both O2 sensors off to see if the noise is still there. If you don't have the egr, do me a favor, take the oil dipstick out and run the motor, and see if that noise goes away and post up what happens after doing that, i'm curious.
Doesn't look like there is EGR hooked to that intake to me. Doubt it's pulley since the car surges with the noise.
Watch IAC counts, see if they go up or down in relation to the surge.

How long have you had that cold air intake on the car? When the car is running, how rich does the car run? If it runs too rich the o2 sensors will send a signal to the pcm, the pcm will send a signal to the iac and the mass airflow sensor to allow more air. Because you have a cold air intake sytem it 'll work like a speaker and make the sound of the air going through the iac louder. Try using the original air system and see what that does. Sometimes small things are hard to find. To help us to help you could you tell us what you've done to the motor.
Damn! I didn't hear the surging through my laptop speakers the first time. I would try and unplug the IAC to see if the sound goes away,.. The car might not run this way so you might have to try and open/hold the TB Blade steady to see if the surging goes away. Too bad you didn't have a scanner, then you could at least see if the IAC counts increment before the surge. Good luck.

the only reason that CAI is on there cause this is an LT1 car, and i just finished the swap 3 weeks ago and im waiting on my lid to finish it the rest of the way.
there are no cats, egr, or emissions on the car (ls6 intake).
