Default Please help

my engine light is on and it saying engine coolant temp sensor circut high. WTF is that. I put a new one on and engine light came back on and it said the same thing. So i replaced it again and it came on again, please help

Bad wire, low on coolant or you replaced the wrong thing.

Just a quick thought.

well i know i replace the right one. maybe a bad wire. when i got my car dyno tuned they changed it but it keep on coming back on and I dont know what to do

If you replaced the '98 ECT with the correct sensor (later years are different, 2 pins vs. 3) probably a wire or the connector. Wasn't an IAT code by chance?

no iat code. i will check the wires in the morning.
