i have an 84 z8 5.0 and i ran all my tubes and i came across a problem...i cant find my purge tvs that is supossed to connect to my canister control valve

you may want to check a different forum, such as a third gen specific site or possibly go to the Camaro only section lower down on the home page. most of us here have 4th gen vehicles and wont be able to help much. sorry i can't answer your question
