What options do I have to tune my 93 LT1? I have a convertor box for the injectors.. Any tuners out there that can do it?

Tunercat and an eprom burner. 93 PCMs are not flashable.

Would it be better if I converted to a 94-95 computer? How good of a tune could I get with a convertor box and factory ecm?
