There is very good description and diagnostic info here. How many miles are on the car (or driver's side sensor)? Any recent changes like headers or exhaust work? You should visually check for intake or vacuum leaks up top and exhaust leaks down low. What mods are on the car?

Heck a scanner gives more data than that. Ya gotta do a little better....
