no, a tech 2 won't reflash a dead pcm, but it should be recoverable hpt, if you were doing a write cal only.

Yes. But, you should be able to recover it with hptuners, as stated by foff.
I've seen them recover on their own. But usually when thats the case, they dont have any communication at all. Bein as you have all them codes, this may not be the case.
