threw 2 codes last night, shift solenoid A+C

Default threw 2 codes last night, shift solenoid A+C
Unsure what codes these are and i was searching but found nothing

Threw two codes sorry i was at autozone so i forgot to write down the code number...the guy was being a dick.

but it said:

automatic transmission / performance shift solenoid A "not right"

automatic transmission / performance shift solenoid C "not right"

any idea what this could be???

tranny seems fine, fluid is in it, not overheating, shifts perfectly.

my car throws those once in a blue moon, i reset them and go on my way...no troubles to date (knock on wood)
