Default installing o2 sensor

For anyone that's replaced a front o2 sensor, for wideband or whatever, with stock cats - which side is easier? How hard to reach? Looks like no way to get a socket on the driver's side one, would need an open end wrench from underneath, is that right? I'm installing an lc-1.

Have another bung installed in the pipe. And unless you have a special O2 socket with the side cut out, you always have to use a wrench.

I do have the special socket, but doesn't look like there's enough room.

I used an open end wrench and swapped the driver's side. Passenger side looked more difficult. I think it was something like 13/16th's. Take the new O2 with you to the toolbox or store if need be and get the right size. After that, unplug it and get to work. Should be very easy.
