Roaring during cold start

Roaring during cold start Everytime i get up in the morning, the car Roars when i crank it (its usually 30-40F oustide). This is rediculously loud at 5 am and I was wondering is there a way to calm this down. When the car has warmed up, it's not an issue. I'm using ls1 edit and Hp tuners. I can't figure this one out.
What are your desired idle rpms vs actual? Is it idling high?
Honestly, I think part of the problem is listed in your sig.
LM2...yeah, that's not going to be quiet on a LT cam'd car - especially if you're running no cats.

sometimes it is caused by to much startup timing. Or if you force the min spark tables up too high, if you back it down some that issue should go away. 
that or it is just mad at you for trying to start it durring the winter since it should be in its garage sleeping till spring.

What's the numbers in this table look like Idle>Idle airflow>IAC park position airflow. You can try lowering them if they are really high.
