Default 2bar map voltage to psi table = same for all 2 bar maps?

I am tuning a car that has the 2bar map part # 1250698 and I made a custom pid to log vacum / boost off of it using this information that KP was kind enough to post.

*CLC-00-001

psi 1.0 15.0 .1 "Lookup(raw({GM.ACP})/51,0.02,-29.10,0.35,-25.00,0.77,-20.00,1.19,-15.00,1.61,-10.00,2.03,-5.00,2.45,0.00,2.62,1.00,2.79,2.00,2.96,3.00,3.13, 4.00,3.30,5.00,3.47,6.00,3.64,7.00,3.82,8.00,3.91, 8.50,3.99,9.00,4.08,9.50,4.16,10.00,4.25,10.50,4.3 3,11.00,4.42,11.50,4.50,12.00,4.59,12.50,4.67,13.0 0,4.76,13.50,4.84,14.00,4.90,14.31)"
***************

and things dont jive. at idle I see -16 on the guage and the scanner will say -18 and I am pretty sure during boost situations the scanner seems to be reading low vs the boost guage (harder to tell since I am driving)

I was wondering if maybe this 2bar sensors volts to psi conversion was different?
