when the man who do all of my work put the test voltage on them and all three wires had a good connection from the computer to the sensor wire, so it was not a bad wire. he said its gotta be in the computer

Find a new man do do your work. All 3 wires do not go to the computer. It is a simple voltage divider circuit. Pull the plug on the sensor and turn the key on. With a voltmeter with the - lead on a good ground, probe the connector terminal with the yellow wire with the + lead. You should have 5V. Probe the connector terminal with the brown wire with the + lead. Should have 0V. Reconnect the plug to the sensor. With a small pin pierce the insulation on the same 2 wires and measure the voltage again. The brown wire should still have 0V and the yellow wire should have voltage more than 0V and less than 5V, depending on the temperature of the sensor. Do these tests and post what you find. http://www.gearchatter.com/si/218500.png

Nice little detail to leave out. You need to use the sensor that matches the wiring harness and computer. If the man who do all your work doesn't understand that, you really need to find someone new.
