Not flaming you, but that is way too generic of a question. There are many, many tables that will need to be modified. If you aren't familiar with them or where to start, you should seriously consider getting a professional tune or at least a reputable mail order tune. I assume you just spent a lot of money getting the turbo setup, so why risk damaging it?
If you are determined to do it, I would recommend reading as much as you can from here and your tuning tools forum. Find out about all the basics like fuel flow, idle, airflow, mixture settings, etc. and then read as much as you can about using a custom operating system (assuming your tuning tool has them).
Good luck. It can be a long and trying journey, but very rewarding.
