Do you have a wideband? If not, go get one!

For the time being, you could scan it and see where it's at. You could bump up the PE table some as it's set to run pretty rich from the factory. I wouldn't get too aggressive though without knowing exactly what AFR you're running at WOT. 98's are pretty agressive as far as the timing tables go, so I wouldn't fiddle too much with that at the moment. What MAF did you stick on there? I'd recalibrate it if I were you, but do that until you redo your VE table. AutoVE is your friend, but you need a wideband to do it. What all have you changed so far?
