ECT and MAF codes HELP

ECT and MAF codes HELP i popped to codes and my car is doing some really weird stuff on the start up when it is cold.
I got a maf sensor circuit high frequency and a engine coolant temp high frequency. I am kind of new to hp tuners but i popped those codes and also i am not sure about under dtc's it says oxygen sensor and oxygen sensor heater is incomplete. The problems i am having on start up only when it is cold the ect will go all the way to the red for about 4 to 5 minutes. after that it will drop all the way back down and fluctuate between all the way down and what the ect really is until it reaches 160 degrees. at that point the engine runs fine. during the fluctuation of the ect my rpms will also fluctuate up to about 3500 rpms and drop back down and almost stall. if anyone would happen to know what i could look at i would appreciate it
