Default flashing ses and p0300 code

the SES light only flashes at low rpms in 6th gear. then it stops flashing and just stay lit. where should i start first to fix this problem? the plugs and wires are barely a year old, but i did run seafoam through the car about a month ago and i heard somewhere that can foul plugs. anyway, i'd appreciate any help on this.

thanks guys,
bill

I would start with checking the plugs. flashing ses usually = P0300

if it was plugs and wires, wouldn't it lose power and run rough under a load?
