Could someone tell me how to change my speedo setting with the predator? Going from 3.42's to 4.10' s and 315/35/17 tires. Thanks

 

What version is it? If it's v1.03 or earlier there was an issue with gear changes - had to change my tire size to get my 2.73 - 3.42 right.

 

well, with www.rwtd.com not having any access to GM stuff, i can't find the page where they tell you how to fix the gear ratio change problem associated with their tuner. basically, you have to input a particular tire size, to get the ratio correct.

 

The link to the old tire size/gear fix for the early versions isn't up anymore, but I printed it out a few years ago. Here's the fix for the 3.42 to 4.10.

Tune it>Modify Parameters> then choose factory tire size and actual tire size and adjust as follows:

F: 275/40-17 A: 235/40-14

Don't know what to telll ya about the 315's though. If you bought the old version new and have the receipt the upgrade to the newest version is free, just have to return it to stock and send it in.
