Well it really is a 408. If it wasn't an iron block, a magnet wouldn't stick to it, and I doubt it's a 370, 383, or anything else, I don't think they guy would've lied to me about that (he's a moderator on this bored, a good guy from what I could tell.)

At this point, I think something in the bottom end is hurt. A compression test is on the way, and then a re-tune. The car is a little rich, but not 30-40 rwhp rich. I'm just eliminating possibilities, we're getting there.

Another Update: Had the MAF tuned back in, the car made 432 rwhp and 431 rwtq. Also, compression and leak down tests were ran, everything checked out okay.

I believe the reason for the big discrepancy in the dyno numbers is that: 1.) I no longer have an underdrive pulley on the car 2.) I have a heavier twin disc clutch setup in the car now 3.) His numbers were not SAE corrected, mine were.

Overall, I'm happy with the car now.
