I cleared code 106 (MAP), and car dies, WTF

I cleared code 106 (MAP), and car dies, WTF I got my ASA cam in, my PCM is shitting itself, i got a tune from a friend for the ASA, she didnt like it, bucking and dying at any speed. Can the parameters for code 106 be changed ?
Well, I won't tell anyone. 
I just got done with my heads/cam install on dads 02ta. when we first started it, it ran AWESOME, but the check eng. light was on immediatly. ran it a few times, cold/warm was very nice reving and idle. the, the next day, I start it and start looking over the data list. everything checked out good. decided to clear the code after it was running for about 5 min.s no problem. clear the code and bam, just like you stated, runs like ***!
when a map code is stored, it goes into some sort of backup mode. as in it only looks at certain parameters and ignores the map sensor. when you clear the code, it forces it to start looking at all that stuff again, and since it doesnt match how it should be reading, the pcm doesnt know how to make it run right.
so I started it a few more times, unplugged the batt. and the next day the code reset and all was good again.
anyways, that was before the tune after a head/cam swap. now ofcourse it doesnt do that at all.
