Please Help

i took out my pcm to run some wires,now car wont start.what did i do wrong?it turns over but wont fire.it is a 99 ss

I am sure you disconnected the battry before you disconnected the pcm?
I would remove the pcm connections and see if any of the pins were bent.
sorry can not think of any other to chk now

very good chance of frying the PCM, you may try to have a dealer try TECK 2 on it some dealers can do if you bring the PCM to them, some only able to check PCM if it is connected to car , if all fails PM WAITE4ME on this board or on LS1TUNING.COM
