EFILive V2 Scan connecting problem

EFILive V2 Scan connecting problem Hi,
I need some help. I'm getting this error message when connecting to my TB SS via the Scan tool. When I "Check Status" via Flashscan it comes back with a green arrow indicating it's okay.
"Error report generated by EFILive at 13:20:25 on Apr 08, 2007
Error code: ERR_RESPONSE/5
Response $12: "Sub-Function Not supported or Invalid Format".
Here's an explanation:
This indicates EFILive has made an incorrect response to the PCM or that the request was formatted incorrectly.
Any quick tips to help? It worked before I added some new PIDS; did I do something wrong?
I have to say, I get alot more connection issues with V2 compared to V1. Most of the time it's a matter of simply unplugging the USB cable or datalink cable from the V2 unit. But I never had this problem with V1. Anyway, I would appreciate any help.
