Default lm-1 problem

i know everything is wired up correctly because it worked perfectly for a long time. have my lm-1 installed permanently in car, but now when i go wot i get 10.1:1 afr all the time after going wot. won't come back to stoich until i restart the the car. have heard about sensor over heating but not sure that is what is happening. if it is what is the fix? new sensor?

I know the LC-1 is a step down, but there is a thread in the fueling and injection section about someone's LC-1 breaking pre maturely.
