Misfire Problems...please help.

Misfire Problems...please help. car went into storage for the winter for about 4 or 5 months. Got her out and it was missin pretty badly. at first it threw a "random or multiple misfire" code. I figured that maybe it was the fuel from sittin, so i drove it about 35-40 miles....and it didnt clear up....brought it home and it threw a new code-"bank one sensor one malfunction". so i switched the pre-cat o2 sensor on the driver's side with another one, and it killed the second code, but the random or multiple misfire code is still being thrown, and it is still missin.....what could it be?????
