S.E.S. light came on? Hey all,
I have a 2002 WS6, 70k miles.
This is the first SES light I have had in 30k miles.
Yesterday afternoon, gets to the WS6 and fires her up, nothing special.
Gives 2 ~ 3 low revs to about 1200rpm, for a couple of seconds, just enought to hear a slight poping out the exhaust.
Pulls away, no hassle, then the SES comes on.
WTF!
Drives home with the SES, drives great, no probs.
This morning I turns the ignition on, and pulls the red PCMBATT fuse for 10 mins.
puts the fuse back in, listens for the relay to click, turns the ignition off for a few secons, then fires her up as normal.
LIGHT IS GONE.
What does any one think the problem might have been.
I went out today in her for 10 ~ 20 miles as normal, and the light is still out.
Seems O.K. like nothing happened.
Clues any one?
