lc1 not working what could be wrong?

lc1 not working what could be wrong? I just installed a lc1 wideband and the digital guage. The problem Im having is the guage is only reading 50.0. I read the directions and saw that this may be due to the sensor being bad, so I installed a new one and no change. I have checked my grounds to make sure there good and double and triple checked the wiring but I am stumped.

Innovate was great with tech support, shoot them an email or call them, they will have you read some voltages at some wires, and if the unit is bad they will RMA on the spot and get you a new one...frustrating I know, but they do support the product well. I went through 2 RMA's and stuck through it. I am glad I did its working great.
