Help Tuning with large fuel injectors?

Default Help Tuning with large fuel injectors?

I have an LS2 402 with STS twin turbos. I recently installed RC Engineering 75# injectors. I use HP Tuners. I am having trouble getting the fuel trims right. If I scale the injectors and get the center of the Long Term Fuel Trim Histogram correct, then the top and left sides go way lean (so lean at low RPMs and lean at high vacuum - i.e. idle and light throttle). I suspect the problem may be these large injectors have a longer opening delay and I see that HP Tuners has an opening delay table.

Can anybody confirm and/or offer advice?

you might not wanna use fuel trims to tune a high dollar turbo build. you'll be on boost very early, thus fuel trims (aka result of narrowband O2's operation) will be useless probably before you hit 2500rpm (depending on heads/cam/turbos/exhast, etc, i'm just ballparking here). if you already put that much money into it, get a wideband.

Thanks: I have a wideband and it displays AFR on my HPT scan files, but I still need to bring the fuel trims in.

if your AFR is dead on, then fuel trims should be ~0. if they're not, you got a whole different set of possible problems.
