OK So are flames normal??? LOL
Went to the track last night with my friends and while on the highway they said that a few times when I decelerated I was shooting about a 1 foot flame from the tail pipe(s). After all the "flamer" jokes died down I proceeded to put on a worthless display of speed and skill
12.5 @ 119.6. I assume this is a rich condition causing the flamage? I was hoping that this is what is also causing a LARGE dip in acceleration as soon as I start to boost. I have been playing with EFIlive but have not had much time to figure out logging yet, and I know that you can't just run a muck making changes. Any ideas, comments, heck even flamer jokes I don't care anymore, talk to me goose....7:00 PM I am still at work
But yes, if flames are shooting out, then fuel is in the exhaust system. This would indicate to me a rich condition.
You need to figure out how to log data so folk can help you.
Best of luck.
