No way to disable maf on TBSS?

I've tried disabling the maf to tune ve in hptuners by setting the maf fail freq and maf fail count thresh. I cannot unplug the maf because the IAT is wired in as well.
There is also no way to adjust the open loop eq ratio without knowing a bit about IVT.. This is driving me crazy. I cannot accept adjusting the maf and ve blindly with my wideband as a sanity checker.
Also have an issue where its leaner at idle and richer when coasting..
ALSO.. I am seeing some misfire at low (800-2000) rpms.. when cruising and in park. I just changed my spark plugs. They are Tr6s gapped at .050... Should I close the gap, move to a TR55, or increase the spark dwell in the lower rpm range?
Important note.. The attached file is a zip file renamed to hpt.. Please RENAME THE EXTENSION TO ZIP before opening. For what its worth, the same file.. compressed using 7-Zip was 0.98MB.. Such a better compression algorithm.
Last question.. What is the ratio that the pcm uses VE for fueling when the maf is in its low freq table? Is it 60% VE/ 40% MAF, etc etc etc.
