Either dude.

efilive has a demo version you can download and try, plus a tune repository freely available at www.holdencrazy.com

hpt likes to keep theirs unavailable for some reason.

Best place to start would be here https://ls1tech.com/forums/pcm-diagnostics-tuning/368718-read-me-best-ls1-tuning-software-best-scanner-best-handheld.html to read up on both programs as well as view the side by side comparison http://mysite.verizon.net/whenn1//HPTvsV2.pdf

More vehicle support, better pricing, more custom operating systems, real time tuning would be included in your initial purchase not an $800 add on like the other guys, a tune repository consisting of hundreds of stock & modified tunes readily available to our customers, our HUGE support forum consisting of over 6300 members now not to mention me handling the support emails

Dozens of demo's finished with dozens in the works can be found here http://www.hptuners.com/help/getting_started_demos.htm within our online help file.

If you ever have any questions about our product please don't hesitate to contact me personally or our sales department at sales at hptuners dot com.

Bill

Can't go wrong with either,

Bill, is HP Tuners going to get a phone support line where someone can help us out when we need a hand? E-mail is nice, but it is nothing like being able to carry on a conversation with a person over the phone.

Thanks!

Galen

Regardless of which way you go with your purchase. Download EFI LIVE here to have a play and get yourself accustomed with the tables. HPT does not offer a demo version.
