WOW!!! Turned off MAF
I have been logging my car and it has been lean so far across the board on my wideband. Last night I turned off the MAF and its rich across the board. I finally think I found my weak link. I think the MAF is calibrated wrong. I am going to tune Open Loop SD and then scale the MAF. Its just weird, the thing was idling at 17:1 in MAF and then SD its 12:1. Could this mean the MAF is bad?
scaling the MAF up means more fuel
scaling the MAF down means less fuel.
its just like the VE table, you add numbers to it, you add fuel,
take away, you lose fuel
you do need marcin's spreadsheet if you want to combine data from multiple logs, something that hpt is still not able to do...
anyway, new MAF spreasheet with a LOT of new functionality is coming...early summer i'm guessing.
