Default LT1- Open headers, & now O2's reading lean???

I just put some Pacesetter LT's on my 94. Hooked up my laptop to see what the SES light was. Right O2 lean, Left 02 Lean, Fuel System Lean.

I am running approx 48-50psi according to my gauge. Before the LT's I was running a Y-pipe but the right O2 was always WAY rich, and the left one moved like it should. But now - even with the car off the computer is reading the 02 voltage & during Key on engine off- the right one was like 8mv and the left was like 180mv or somethin like that.. - even with the engine off the o2 should still variate b/c they create thier own voltage. now they are not.
Is this because i am running with open headers?
