Optimizing WOT P/E and spark
I have a full bolton m6 LS1 (Lid, Smooth bellows, Ported TB, SLP MAF, ls6 intake, long tube headers, ory, exhaust)
also it is cammed with the torquer v3
231/234 .644/.598 111lsa
Currently for P/E I have:
0-3200 12.8 then it blends to 12.6 by the time it hits 5600 and stays there till redline of 6700.
For my spark table:
I believe i took a 99 spark table (heard it was a bit more aggressive) and added some spark at WOT, then just took a little away in a couple areas with KR and smoothed.
I am netting: 26-29* Advance at WOT
How do i know what is optimal without a dyno? Any suggestions you can recommend? (I hope to get dyno time eventually but I don't have access to one yet)
Anything i should be concerned about safety wise?
i'd slap in a 12.5 or so down low and run up to a 13.1 up top. **several cars i have done seem to like it around the 12.9~13.3 range up top with 26-28 degrees
to really play with it you will need some time on the dyno, and that will get you a LOT of exp tuning also
