Open your hood, should be in the back left hand side of the engine compartment (VERY BACK)...just where the engine bay goes away and you run into the firewall. Lots of wires...lots of hoses...lots of A/C parts back there.
Pulling it out requires unscrewing a couple spots and some effort (elbow grease if you will) so be careful not to break anything!

lol, its under the hood in the far back left hand corner of the bay as you look at the engine from the front of the car. Its the thingy with all the wires running to it.

The reason I was confused is because I pulled the computer last night but it didn't fit in the box I was supplied so I thought it was the wrong thing. So thanks for clearing this up for me.
