Need help--PLEASE! I've gone to get my NC inspection 3 times now; every time I go the EVAP, AIR, and Cat. Heater codes come up "NOT READY/COMPLETE". I've put it through the OBD2 rec. driving cycles at least 10 times. It seems like the PCM is not allowing the code to complete it's cycle. I also found(while doing the Autotrix window fix) that I have a JET programmable PCM; is this causing things to go? I am more than willing to go back to a stock PCM or go standalone; anything is better than not being able to drive my car because of a dumb-*** inspection!
Well it may be too little too late, but I would contact Jet. Hopefully there customerservice could help you out even though you are not the original purchaser. I'm sure they get calls like that daily, the way people mod and sell these cars.
