still have o2 problem

still have o2 problem well this is what i did i took off my home ported maf and put the stock one on.it seen to idle better and i could turn down my maf it was at 20%rich on base 
.but now it's at zero i thought that was going to solve the problem.so i atap the car it looks good for about ten minutes and then it shows fault bank 2 sencor 1.so now i bring the car back home dissconect the battery for 10 minutes. my o2 sencor were above 450mv and they look very constenet between the two when it shows fault on bank two they both bounce all over. and my ltft are at -12 thats rich right. my car has a new 02 on bank 2 and all the wires look good i even made sure the pins on the connetors were good. i'm starting to wonder if it's in my program is it possible need some feedback thanks.and i just bought ls1edit but don't want to use it intill i fix this problem.
