Weird misfire problem...
Weird misfire problem... Dead stock rip minues TM, stock car, stock manis, stock cats, stock exhaust, stock airlid. I have a very strange misfire that only happens from 2000 to 2800 RPMs. Below 2k, Ill get a couple, but noting abnormal. Between 2k and 2800, I can rack up tons of misfires. Its constant on cyl 2 and 3 (cyl 2 is the highest count and sometimes doubles 3). Rest are fine. Above 3k, all is well. You cant feel them but they show up in the scanner and the SES light (flashing).
Ive changed the plugs, wires, switched coils around and changed O2s. Also did a cyl balance test and all was fine. Ltrims and Strims look ok, but B1 does show ~+9% at at 2500 RPMs (no load).
Wouldnt a bad injector show in the trims at that RPM? Its not mechanical because it would be there all the time.
