99 stock tune with 98 injectors?

99 stock tune with 98 injectors? Howdy,
just finishing a ls1 / FD RX7 swap. Heads / cam 99 ls1 using some 97 corvette fuel rails (and either 97 or 98 injectors). Will fire if using some starter fluid, but otherwise nothing going on. I was hoping the stock tune would at least let me get it to idle to check things over.
To help me narrow the causes down - do i need to make some changes to the tune (using hp tuner) to account for the injectors, or is that not the reason it won't start?

ended up being stuck injectors (they have been sitting for several years). The ol hammer & screwdriver + using a hot wire to untick them. Purrs like a, um, heads / cammed ls1. Thanks for the replies
