Which year OS to use for 2-bar SD ?

Which year OS to use for 2-bar SD ? This may seem like a useless question, but wanted to ask. My car is a 2000 TransAm. I re-wrote the PCM with a 2001 OS last year to help make it easier on me to tune my car with the heads/cam.
Fast forward to now. I am getting ready for twin turbos, and planning to go with the 2-bar SD package from HPtuners.
Should I keep the 2001 OS, or go back to my orginal OS? It seems there would be little advantage to keeping the 01, but also little advantage to switching back.
