HP Tuners Question

HP Tuners Question I am new to this but its not that hard to follow directions. The flash file will not save to my computer. I am prompted to save it but all it does is flash the icons and the save file screen is still there. I tried it several times and it still does the same thing. Anyone have a similar problem or know the solution? It is just a stock tune nothing done to it that I'm aware of. It does have the HPP3 that came with the car when I bought it to adjust the speedo. Can I just get a bin file and edit that one? Thanks
