timing and octane any one want to talk
timing tables can some one brief me on this .. 87 vs 93 can you
change the tables to run 87 , or no no .........................
When the car sees knock from the Knock sensors it will begin to blend the high octane values to the low octane values. Ultimately, if the car knocks enough you will run on the low octane values.
Additionally, alot of operation problems will default the car to the low octane table: MAF Failure, Knock sensor failure, etc...
I presume the low octane table should already be capable of running the car on 87 octane, but I have never verified this.
and i did not reliz it till it was full, wooppps wrong car o f--k. well anyways
the car ping more than you could believe just touch the throttle, so i took
and went from 23 degrees to 17 on high side , and 15 on the low side, at wot.
and no kr at all . so what is this telling me, the car was down on power tho...
