More and more O2 sensor issues

More and more O2 sensor issues I thought my driver side 02 was bad or the wrong part because I got an error in EFIlive saying 02 sensor bank 1 low voltage and sometimes 02 sensor not active. I replaced it today with one of those Denso 02s and I'm getting the same codes coming up. This side also comes up way leaner than the other side and throws a code for bank one too lean. That side throw a code for being lean but the LTFTs are always at 0 while the other side is anywhere from six to nine positive. The side with the positive LTFTs was always at zero before I changed the driver side O2. I find it weird that I change the driver side 02 and it changes the LTFTs on the other side. What could this be? I'm mainly concerned with the 02 low voltage problem. The rest can be dealt with after I can get good readings from both sides.
