Rich During Shifts

Rich During Shifts I noticed during a logging session this morning that my AFR was dropping significantly during shifts, oftentimes by as much as three points. I've attached a picture of the log to illustrate what's going on.
My original assumption was that this is a result of the VE table being referenced during the transient conditions present during a shift. That doesn't seem to be a valid explanation, though, because I just tuned the VE table and it's reasonably accurate.
With that in mind, what could be causing this?
