8MPG! How come?

8MPG! How come? I've just installed Cartek Stage II heads and an 'H' cam. I've tuned idle using LS1-Edit but have not tuned the LTFT in yet. However, i did notice the computer is reading 8MPG. Is this expected? and will it change when i tune in the LTFTs?

Re: 8MPG! How come? I don't know much about these newer computers, but I figured that the computer measures vaccume to estimate mpg. With the new cam, you probably don't have as much vaccum, so it will show lower fuel mileage. But, then again I could be wrong. 
Re: 8MPG! How come? mine sucked after i did LT/cam swap. if you have headers and no cats turn COT off in edit. that was the prob in my car, was dumping so much fuel into the car that your eyes watered when you rode in it.
