Default Dwell settings and forced induction?

What do people play w/ on the dwell settings? How does this affect the car? What kind of values should I use?

Thanks

A while back there was a thread on the HPtuner forums where a couple of people experimented with different dwell settings. Increasing the dwell time above factory settings showed no power, driveability, or idle smoothness benefit. This was, of course, a very limited amount of testing on only a few vehicles. The only thing definite that can be said is that at some point increasing dwell time will shorten coil life.

Thank you! Looks like I am not the only one struggling with this.
