ltft vs ve wb %

I have always tuned with ltfts and stfts.. I just hooked my wideband up through the egr and have it logging in hp tuners.

So I gave the ve vs wb % a try and it gave some interesting results..

My ltfts say 0 to + 5-6 but the ve % says -6... Which of these two are right.. Seems if I go the the ve then it just going to increase the ltfts to + 10-12??
