MAF translator on 1999 SS Thanks for all those who answer questions like mine. You are appreciated. I need some further help. I installed the SLP 85mm MAF sensor, a Direct Flo Air lid, the SLP catback with Loudmouth and the SLP cold air package and will be installing the MAF-T. I do not have AutoTap or LS1 Edit, and ran out of money on these mods, but would like to correct my A/F ratios if needed. First, does the MAFT correct any readings to the PCM when the MAFT settings are at zero?
Here are my Dyno results I am working with. My max torque is 296 at 4600rpm and 290 HP at 4900rpm. Are these lower than normal?
The A/F ratio is 15.8 at 2500 rpm, dips sharply to 14.6 at 3000 and then gradually decreases to 13.3 at 6200. What settings can you recommend for Base and WOT?
