Default Computer doesnt read o2s?

ok after doing a head gasket swap, putting bigger injectores, then putting the orginals back in the computer throws a o2 fault code. open or closed loop falt. It doesnt read that the o2s are there.
on a short WOT run it only brings the car down to 13:1 AFR
and 14:1 at idle. THis usally is set at 11.5:1 and 14.2:1

Changed the o2s so its not a bad o2. Checked the fuses (one was blown but it was the air pump fuse, i got a replacement bet havent tested it yet.)

any ideas? i tried checking the wires and everything seemed find that i could see.

Default Re: Computer doesnt read o2s?

Cant anyone help?

changed fuse, and ofcoarse had nothing to do with it.

Ok the A/F does seem to be working right 11.5-14.4
Left o2 is working
I get a code 134 no activity for bank 1 sensor1

efi live says o2 voltage for sensor 1 bank 1 is 4.5V all the time., other one varies like it should.

I toook a multi-meter to the end of the o2 plug in. it reads 12v for the one terinal and 4.5 volts to the other termial. I didnt get (forgot) to check the grounds though.

going to change the left o2 (reading correctly on atap) to the right o2 just to triple check its not the o2

I have no idea, why its not reading it?
does anyone have any ideas?

Could be a wiring problem or bad PCM.
